We strive to respond to all inquiries as soon as possible during regular business hours.

For faster processing, always specify:

  • order number (if an existing order)
  • clear description of the matter

2. Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

In the confirmation you will find information about products, prices and delivery details.

We reserve the right to:

  • correct obvious errors in pricing or product information
  • cancel orders with incorrect information
  • refuse orders if fraud is suspected

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are:

  • In stock items: normally shipped within 1–4 business days
  • Made-to-order items: normally delivered within 1–2 weeks.


For custom-made items, we will return with a confirmed delivery time after the order has been placed.

Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day at the earliest.

Delivery times are preliminary and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier delays or transportation disruptions.

Special delivery conditions

  • Solar panels can only be picked up from our warehouse
  • Batteries are only delivered within Sweden.
  • Delivery of batteries to other countries only takes place after separate quotation and approval.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT as standard when delivered within Sweden.

Prices can be displayed on the website:

  • including or excluding VAT
  • in other currencies

The selected display only affects the presentation - the final price is determined at checkout before the purchase is made.

When delivering outside Sweden, VAT may be handled according to applicable regulations depending on the country of delivery. Any customs duties and local taxes are paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to:

  • price changes from supplier
  • pressure and system errors
  • incorrectly stated prices

5. International sales

We sell to customers in:

  • EU
  • Norway
  • United Kingdom (UK)


We reserve the right to cancel orders to countries or locations where delivery is not possible at reasonable prices.

For deliveries outside Sweden:

  • The customer is responsible for customs, import duties and local taxes.
  • Delivery times may be longer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

6. VAT on business acquisitions within the EU

Business customers within the EU can shop without VAT if a valid and verifiable VAT number is provided at checkout.

If you have an approved VAT number, reverse charge applies, which means that:

  • no Swedish VAT is charged
  • The buyer is responsible for VAT reporting in their home country.

We reserve the right to:

  • check VAT number
  • charge VAT if the number is missing or cannot be verified

7. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing as a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the received product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases as a company.

7.1 When exercising the right of withdrawal

You must notify us before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returns will only be accepted after approval from us. Returns sent without approval may be refused or a handling fee may be charged.

After an approved return, the following applies:

  • Return within 14 days
  • You are responsible for return shipping.
  • You are responsible for the condition of the item.
  • The product must be well packaged in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be made using a traceable shipping method.

Return shipping via us

  • SEK 199 per package
  • For batteries, solar panels and bulky products: actual cost

7.2 Impairment

We are entitled to make a deduction for depreciation if the product:

  • used
  • damaged
  • lacks original packaging

7.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Nautical chart with broken packaging
  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken
  • Custom-made products
  • Services started
  • Goods that deteriorate quickly
  • Newspapers/magazines

8. Unclaimed packages

Uncollected packages will be charged, regardless of the reason for the package not being collected:

  • at least 199 SEK per package
  • up to actual cost

For shipments over 20 kg, additional shipping costs will apply.

The fee will be deducted from the refund.

9. Complaints

In the event of a defective product, the Consumer Sales Act applies.

A complaint must be made as soon as the error is discovered.

Return of defective product requires approval.

If a complaint is approved, we are responsible for:

  • return shipping
  • action or compensation

10. Refund

Refunds will be made after the return has been received and approved.

Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • Shipping is not refundable.
  • Free shipping can be charged back

11. PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee

Purchases are covered by PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee up to SEK 50,000 according to their terms and conditions.

12. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages or financial losses.

We are not responsible for events beyond our control (force majeure).

13. Product information

We reserve the right to:

  • printing error
  • final sale
  • discrepancies in images

14. Cookies

We use cookies to improve the user experience.

15. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR.

Data is used for:

  • order processing
  • Customer service
  • legal requirements

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions may be updated and are effective from publication.

17. Dispute and choice of law

Disputes are handled according to Swedish law.
