We understand that sometimes purchasing decisions can change. Therefore, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive your ordered item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email to [email protected]. Your recall should include your name, address, e-mail address, order number and clear specification of the products you wish to return.
In case of return, it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping and to ensure the delivery and condition of the products. We recommend that the products are returned well packaged and in their original packaging, with the tracking number provided for compliance. To facilitate the process, we can offer shipping documents for return shipping for a fee of SEK 199 per package, with the exception of solar panels, batteries or other bulky or heavy products where the actual shipping cost is added. Alternatively, you are welcome to return the products directly to our warehouse in Veddesta.
