We understand that sometimes purchasing decisions can change. Therefore, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your ordered item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via email at [email protected]. Your withdrawal should include your name, address, email address, order number, and clear specification of the products you wish to return.
For returns, it is your responsibility to cover the return shipping cost and to ensure the delivery and condition of the products. We recommend that products are returned well-packaged and in their original packaging, with a provided tracking number for compliance. To facilitate the process, we can offer shipping documents for return shipping at a fee of 199 SEK per package, with the exception of solar panels, batteries, or other bulky or heavy products where actual shipping costs apply. Alternatively, you are welcome to return the products directly to our warehouse in Veddesta.
