VICTRON ENERGY BMS300200000, is a VE.Bus BMS that protects each individual cell in a Victron lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4 or LFP) battery. Each individual cell in a LiFePO4 battery must be protected against over- and undervoltage, as well as against excessive temperature. Victron's LiFePO4 batteries have an integrated balancing, temperature, and voltage control (acronym: BTV) and are connected to the VE.Bus BMS with two circular M8 cable connector sets. The BTV controls on multiple batteries can be daisy-chained. Up to ten batteries can be paralleled and up to four batteries can be series-connected (simply daisy-chaining the BTV controls) providing a 48 V battery bank of up to 3000 Ah.

Each individual cell in a LiFePO4 battery must be protected against over- and undervoltage, as well as against overtemperature. Victron's LiFePO4 batteries have a built-in control for balance, temperature, and voltage (acronym BTV) and are connected to the VE.Bus BMS with two round M8 connection sets. The BTV controls on multiple batteries can be daisy-chained. Up to five batteries can be paralleled and up to four batteries can be series-connected (simply daisy-chaining the BTV controls) providing a 48 V battery bank of up to 1500 Ah. Please read the description for LiFePO4 batteries for more details.
The BMS will:
Protects 12V, 24V and 48V systems
BMS operating voltage range: 9 to 70V DC.
Communicates with all VE.Bus products
The VE.Bus BMS can be connected to a MultiPlus, Quattro or Phoenix inverter with a standard RJ45 UTP cable.
Load disconnection
The load output is normally high and floats freely in the event of imminent cell undervoltage (default 3.1 V/cell, adjustable on the battery between 2.85 V and 3.15 V per cell). Maximum current: 2 A.
The load disconnection output can be used to control the functions of:
Pre-alarm
The pre-alarm output usually floats freely and rises in the event of imminent cell undervoltage (default 3.1 V/cell, adjustable on the battery between 2.85 V and 3.15 V per cell). Maximum current: 1 A (not short-circuit protected)
