Gel & AGM batteries

The GEL range offers the best deep cycle resistance and overall longer life. Using high purity materials and a lead/calcium grid ensures that both AGM and GEL products have extremely low self-discharge so they will not discharge for long periods without charging. Both ranges are supplied with M8 drilled, flat copper terminals which ensures the best possible connection contact and eliminates the need for battery terminals. The batteries meet both CE and UL specifications for fireproof ABS plastic enclosures and come with Victron's 2 year worldwide warranty.

The AGM range has a very low internal resistance making them particularly suitable for discharge applications at high currents such as converters, bow thrusters and winches.  

VRLA AGM: Lifespan 7-10 years
VRLA GEL: Lifespan 12 years 
VRLA GEL 2 Volt cells: Lifespan 20 years
