Battery Balancer balances the state of charge of two series-connected 12 V batteries or multiple circuits of series-connected batteries.
When the charging voltage in a 24 V battery system reaches over 24 V, the balancing unit will activate and compare the voltage across the two series-connected the batteries. The balancing unit will load the battery with the highest pole voltage (or batteries connected in parallel) with a current up to 1 A. The resulting difference in charging current will ensure that the batteries will reach the same state of charge.
If necessary, several balancing units can connected in parallel.
A 48 V battery can be balanced with 3 balancing units.
