Victron Energy PIN482601000, the Inverter RS Smart Solar is a combination of a powerful 48 VDC, 6 kVA and 230 VAC inverter and a high voltage MPPT solar charger for 80-450 VDC and 4 kW. Thanks to its modern design and high-frequency technology, the inverter weighs only 11 kg and offers excellent performance, low standby consumption, and is very quiet in operation.
The inverter is equipped with a display to read battery, inverter, and solar charger data. These parameters can also be read via Bluetooth with the VictronConnect app. In addition, the inverter has a VE.Can port for connection to a GX device for system monitoring and a VE.Direct port for connection to a GlobalLink 520.
Off-grid solar inverter
The Inverter RS Smart Solar 48/6000 is a 48 V 6 kVA inverter with a 450 VDC 4 kWp solar input. It is used in off-grid solar installations that require AC power.
A combination of an inverter, bidirectional DC-DC converter, and MPPT.
The inverter produces a perfect sine wave and can power devices with high current demands. It comes with a bidirectional DC-DC converter that can either charge the battery when there is a surplus of solar energy or convert it from the battery when needed.

80 – 450 VDC, with a solar voltage at start-up of 120 VDC.
Lightweight, efficient, and quiet
Thanks to high-frequency technology and a new design, this powerful inverter weighs only 11 kg. It is also extremely efficient, consumes little power in standby mode, and is very quiet in operation.
Display and Bluetooth
The display shows parameters for battery, inverter, and solar charger controller. The same parameters can be accessed with a smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device. Bluetooth can also be used to set up the system and change settings with VictronConnect.
VE.Can and VE.Direct port
For connection to a GX device for system monitoring, data logging, and remote firmware updates.
Built-in solar isolator
Both parallel solar strings connected to the MC4 connectors can be safely isolated with the large built-in switch at the bottom of the unit.
Input/output connections
Connection of programmable relay, temperature sensor, and voltage sensor. The remote input can also be configured to accept Victron smallBMS.
