Initial phase

  • Installation and establishment of the service
  • Review of the existing installation
  • Telephone or Teams review for possible changes and configuration of alarms

Monthly maintenance

  • Proactive review of the installation
  • Suggested improvements
  • Update of software versions
  • Information about possible news

Monitoring and handling of alarms

  • Monitoring is carried out on weekdays excluding weekends between 08:00 and 5:00 p.m.
  • Incoming alarms are normally handled within 4 working hours
  • Escalation via phone and/or e-mail if necessary
