RAYMARINE EV-150, is an autopilot system package is a complete autopilot kit, ready to install on many different types of popular fishing and recreational powerboats with hydraulic steering. The EV-150 system has been specifically designed to meet the needs of small to medium hydraulically steered boats with a piston displacement between 4.9 cubic inches (80cc) and 14.0 cubic inches (230cc) .
The EV-150 system is only suitable for 12 volt DC electrical systems. The system comes complete with our autopilot control p70Rs, EV1 sensor core, ACU150 actuator controller, type 1 hydraulic pump and a cable kit for the Evolution autopilot, where the following are included in the package:
EV1 Sensor Core
EV-1 is designed for Evolution mechanical and hydraulic autopilot systems. The SeaTalkng network enables a single cable connection for power and data to the Evolution ACU (actuator control unit) and extended SeaTalkng and NMEA2000 networks.
ACU-150
Raymarine ACU The -150 is a component of the Evolution™ autopilot system and is designed to provide power and steering to the Raymarine Type-1 Hydraulic Drive Unit (M81120). The ACU-150 connects to the SeaTalkng network for communication with other peripherals. It also has connections for an optional rudder reference unit (sold separately). The ACU-150 only works in 12 volt DC systems.
p70Rs control interface
The p70Rs autopilot is designed for powerboats, it has push buttons and a rotary steering wheel. Advanced LED backlighting provides lower power consumption and delivers stronger colors and contrast. Wide horizontal and vertical fields of view ensure that the display can be seen clearly from tight angles. The p70Rs also features the LightHouse user interface and a quick start guide to help you quickly and easily set up the pilot.
Type 1 Hydraulic Pump (12V)
The Type 1 Hydraulic -pump is intended to power the vessel's steering mechanism as part of a Raymarine autopilot system. It is primarily intended for use on boats with an existing hydraulic steering system. Alternatively, this pump can be used on a boat with mechanical steering in conjunction with a second steering piston. The hydraulic pump contains a precision gear pump and a check valve driven by a servo motor.
