MARETRON MPower CLMD16-R, is a 16-channel DC power module designed for larger loads and more circuits. Four of the 16 switches can handle a maximum current of 25 amperes, and twelve switches can handle a maximum current of 12 amperes, with a total current capacity of 125 amperes. In addition, circuits can be paralleled.

The CLMD16 also supports two 12A H-Bridge circuits for polarity switching, which can be used for loads such as engine hatches, gangways, trim tabs, and more. The module has 8 inputs for wired switches that can be used to switch switch states or as inputs for other data, such as bilge pump alarms or hatch positions, and more. There are also 2 resistive inputs and 1 current loop input that can be used for various applications, including level monitoring in tanks.

The CLMD16 handles many types of DC loads, such as lights, pumps, motors, and electronics. An additional advantage of the CLMD16 is that it reports the current through each of the 16 switches. This makes it possible to determine if the loads are drawing too much or too little electrical current. This information can be used to report overcurrent faults and undercurrent conditions.
