VICTRON ENERGY SDTG2400301, SKYLLA-TG is a series of battery chargers with two full power outputs and one 4 A output. The charging voltage can be precisely adapted to any battery system. The charger is powered by 230 V at 50/60 Hz. The charging voltage can be measured directly on the battery terminals to compensate for voltage drops in the cables. An external sensor enables measurement of the battery temperature and compensates the charging voltage accordingly.

Available in 24V or 48V, 1-phase or 3-phase version.

Perfect battery chargers for all types of batteries
The charging voltage can be adapted to all battery models, open or closed. Especially for sealed maintenance-free batteries, a stable charging voltage is very important to ensure a long service life. Overvoltage leads to excessive gassing and dehydration - the battery stops working.

Controlled charging
Each TG charger has a microprocessor that regulates the charging very precisely in three stages. The charging process follows the IUoUo characteristic and charges faster than other processes.

Can be used as a power unit
Due to the perfectly stabilized output voltage, a TG charger can be used as a power unit when does not have access to batteries or buffer capacitors.

Two outputs for 2 battery groups (only 24 V models)
The TG charger has two mutually isolated outputs. The other output, which is intended for charging the starter battery, is limited to about 4 A and has a slightly lower output voltage - it is intended to be used for maintenance charging.

Increased battery life: temperature compensation
A temperature sensor is included with the delivery of all Skylla TG chargers. The temperature sensor lowers the charging voltage when the battery temperature rises. This function is very important for sealed batteries that can otherwise dry out due to overcharging.

Battery voltage detection
To compensate the voltage drop in the battery cables, the TG charger is equipped with a separate voltage sensor that is connected directly to the battery so that the battery always receives the correct charging voltage.
