OCEAN SIGNAL M100 is a professional rescue product from Ocean Signal made for the marine market and the offshore industry. The M100 can be mounted on a lifejacket or lifejacket and automatically activates if the lifejacket is inflated or submerged.

When the M100 is activated, an AIS message is sent to all nearby AIS receivers so that it is visible on its screens as a MOB target. The M100 also transmits a bearing signal on 121.5 MHz which is used by e.g. rescue helicopters. The integrated 66-channel GPS means that the position can be sent out every minute via the AIS network.
