VERATRON LINKUP GATEWAY, is an engine data gateway for Volvo Penta and Yanmar that converts signals from J1939 to NMEA 2000. Converts information for RPM, Engine Hours, Engine Load, Engine Oil Temp, Engine Oil Pressure, Coolant Temp, Coolant Pressure, Boost Pressure, Transmission Oil Pressure, Transmission Oil Temp, Exhaust Temp, Fuel Level, Fuel Pressure, Fuel Flow, Instantaneous Fuel Economy, Alternator Current, Alternator Potential, Battery Potential, Gear, Percentage Torque. One gateway is needed per engine, and for multiple engines, the port engine is set as "Engine 1" and the starboard as "Engine 2".
A prerequisite for data to be handled is that it is provided by the engine, and this varies between manufacturers, equipment, and software versions, which means that it is not possible to determine in advance exactly what data will be available after installation.
All NMEA 2000-certified. The standard Micro-C M12 connector connects perfectly to the NMEA 2000 network without the need for additional adapters. No dedicated power supply is required, the LinkUp gateway gets its power directly from the NMEA 2000 network!
The built-in LED informs you of the device's status and its configuration at any time, reducing commissioning and troubleshooting time. Configuring LinkUp devices has never been easier. Start the app and define your settings through the user-friendly interface, then simply hold your mobile device near the LinkUp to transfer the configuration. Thanks to the built-in passive antenna, configuration can be done without other cables or adapters!
Please note that the product is supplemented with a suitable adapter cable for Volvo Penta (equipped with EVC-B and above) or Yanmar (equipped with J1939).
