VICTRON ENERGY PIN242501000, Phoenix Inverter Smart is an efficient and reliable inverter at 24/5000, 230V Smart. It is based on our proven and field-tested Phoenix inverter platform and now has a new slimmer design and a complete metal housing. The models are available in 1600 VA, 2000 VA, 3000 VA, and 5000 VA for 12, 24, or 48 V systems. It is powerful enough to supply the most common plug-in devices in your car, boat, caravan, or home. The VE.Direct port can be connected to a computer (VE.Direct to USB interface cable required) to configure and monitor the same parameters.
Proven reliability
The full-wave and toroidal transformer topology has proven reliable over many years. The inverters are protected against short circuits and overheating, whether due to overload or high ambient temperature.
High start-up power
Required to start loads such as converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps, or electric tools.
Eco mode
When the inverter is in ECO mode, it switches to standby when the load drops below a preset value. Once in standby mode, the inverter will turn on for a short period every 2.5 seconds (adjustable). If the load exceeds the preset level, the inverter will remain on.
Remote on/off control
It is possible to connect an on/off switch for remote control or a relay to a two-pole connector. Alternatively, the H terminal (left) on the two-pole connector can be switched to the battery's positive or the L terminal (right) on the two-pole connector can be switched to the battery's negative (or e.g., a vehicle chassis).

For transferring the load to another AC source: the automatic transfer switch
For our low-power inverters, we recommend our Filax Automatic Transfer Switch. Filax has a very short transfer time (less than 20 milliseconds) so that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without interruption. Alternatively, a MultiPlus with a built-in transfer switch can be used.
