VICTRON ENERGY BPC122547106, is a waterproof Blue Smart IP67 charger 12V/25A 120V which is a new professional battery charger with built-in Bluetooth. The waterproof Blue Smart IP67 can be used on devices in your workshop and on motor vehicles such as (classic) cars, motorcycles, boats, motorhomes, and caravans. The seven-step charging algorithm gets the most out of your battery. The charger provides the battery with the current it needs, maintains its health, and ensures better performance and longer lifespan. Unlike other Brands, the waterproof Blue Smart IP67 charger attempts to charge fully discharged batteries by forcing low current into them. Normal charging then resumes as soon as the battery terminals have sufficient voltage.
The waterproof Blue Smart IP67 is equipped with built-in Bluetooth and you can check the status of the charger and battery via a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. All settings on the charger can be made with the VictronConnect app.

Blue Smart IP67 chargers are the wireless solution for monitoring voltage and current, for changing settings, and for updating the charger when new features become available. With Bluetooth, the IP67 charger works better and similarly to the IP22 and IP65 chargers.
Fully encapsulated: waterproof, shockproof, and spark-protected
Water, oil, or dirt will not be able to damage the Blue Smart IP67 charger. The casing is made of cast aluminum and the electronics are encapsulated in resin.

The Blue Smart charger is equipped with a microprocessor-controlled adaptive battery management. The adaptive function will automatically optimize the process in relation to the way the battery is used.
Storage mode: Less maintenance and aging when the battery is not in use:
Storage mode is always activated when the battery has not been subjected to discharge for 24 hours. In storage mode, the float voltage is reduced to 2.2 V/cell (13.2 V for 12 V batteries) to minimize gassing and corrosion of the positive electrode plates. Once a week, the voltage is raised back to the absorption level to "equalize" the battery. This function prevents stratification of the electrolyte and sulfation, one of the main causes of premature battery failure.
