EGIS 7612-24B, is an automatic isolation relay for up to 3 battery banks in 24V. By combining two independent ACR (Automatic Charging Relay) in one unit, the installation space and idle current are reduced.

Adjustable auxiliary battery priority provides variable voltage points for each relay to share engine charging without sacrificing starting capability. The start/engine isolation and start assist functions are optional for each relay, allowing protection of sensitive electronics from engine interference.

Features:

  • Prevents discharge of the starting battery and ensures starting capability by sharing charge on any of three (3) batteries and isolating batteries when no charging sources are present.
  • Fully sealed with integrated connection solves corrosion and vibration problems for control wires related to competitive Industry Terms. Allows plug and play mounting.
  • Ultra-low power consumption Compared to typical ACR (7-10 mA) vs 7610 ACR @ 1.3 mA, will not drain batteries even after extended periods of inactivity in the electrical system.
  • Optional undervoltage lockout provides the ability to prevent either ACR from connecting a good battery during charging with a battery that has a shorted cell, ensuring that a single battery or bank does not drain the other system batteries.
  • Start/engine isolation and start assist are optional for each relay; allows protection of sensitive electronics from engine starts or the ability to increase starting efficiency.
  • Adjustable auxiliary battery priority voltage provides the ability to share starting battery energy for the auxiliary battery without risking the engine's starting capability.
  • Additional Low Amp Output can be used to remotely report unit status, or power a secondary relay for charging to a battery bank without a charging source.
