The MiniPlex-3PRO is an advanced multiplexer that combines NMEA 0183 data from multiple sources into a single data stream. Its gateway function enables two-way conversion between NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000. The device has four NMEA 0183 outputs as well as an Ethernet port. Received NMEA 0183 sentences can be individually routed to any output.
The Ethernet port is bidirectional, meaning it can both transmit NMEA 0183 data to an Ethernet network and receive data for forwarding to one or both NMEA 0183 outputs. In this way, NMEA 0183 data can be distributed to multiple devices on the network. Communication speeds up to 115200 baud are supported.
SeaTalk Support
Input 1 can be set to SeaTalk mode to send and receive SeaTalk data. Received SeaTalk data is converted to NMEA 0183, while NMEA 0183 data from any input or Ethernet port can be selectively routed and converted to the SeaTalk port.
All NMEA 0183 inputs, outputs, and the Ethernet port are galvanically isolated, eliminating the risk of ground loops.'

NMEA 2000 Gateway
The MiniPlex-3PRO also functions as a versatile gateway between NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000. Each NMEA 0183 input is displayed on the NMEA 2000 network as a separate data source – one for each physical input, conversion, and Ethernet port – a total of 10 sources.'
Using the routing table, data from any NMEA 2000 source can be routed to the Ethernet port and/or both NMEA 0183 outputs.
