YACHT DEVICES YDBC-05N, is an NMEA 2000 barometer. The barometer is designed to measure atmospheric pressure between 300 and 1100 hPa (mbar). The sensor is located inside the unit. Most chartplotters and navigation instruments can display pressure in the form of a graph or trend curve, making it possible to monitor weather changes. The unit is only 54x20x20 mm and weighs only 11 grams, making it suitable for racing use. Use a unit with built-in termination (by replacing the existing termination) if you do not have a free outlet or want to place the barometer further than 6 meters from the backbone cable. NOTE! Only two terminators may be present in an NMEA 2000 network. The resolution is 0.01 hPa with an absolute accuracy of ±1 hPa and a relative accuracy of ±0.12 hPa. Up to 50 units can be used simultaneously in an NMEA 2000 network.
