RAYMARINE EV-100 WHEEL, is an autopilot system package that is a complete autopilot kit, ready to be installed on many different types of popular fishing and recreational powerboats with wheel steering. The EV-100 system has been specifically designed to meet the needs of small to medium-sized wheel-steered boats up to 7.5 tons.
The EV-100 system is only suitable for 12-volt DC electrical systems. The system comes complete with our p70s autopilot controller, EV1 sensor core, ACU100 control unit, Wheel Drive, and an Evolution autopilot cable kit, which includes the following:
EV1 Sensor Core
The EV-1 is designed for Evolution mechanical and hydraulic autopilot systems. The SeaTalkng network enables a single cable connection for power and data to the Evolution ACU (actuator control unit) and extended SeaTalkng and NMEA2000 networks.
ACU-100
The ACU-100 is specially designed to complement Raymarine's unique wheel and tiller drive applications, providing a powerful and secure interface between the steering system and the revolutionary EV-1 course computer and 9-axis sensor. As a true world first, the ACU-100 is completely sealed, allowing it to be mounted above deck on boats where space is limited.
p70s Control Interface
The p70s is a push-button autopilot controller, primarily intended for sailboats. Advanced LED backlighting provides lower power consumption and delivers stronger colors and contrast. Wide horizontal and vertical viewing angles ensure that the display can be seen clearly from tight angles. 3.5” super bright, extra large LCD for maximum visibility
Wheel Drive
The EV-100 wheel pilot consists of a fully enclosed wheel drive for easy installation and excellent autopilot performance.
