Step-by-step troubleshooting

Check the power supply: If the unit does not start or shuts down, check fuses, circuit breakers, and cables for damage or corrosion. Ensure the power cable is correctly connected and that the voltage is sufficient.
No AIS targets displayed: Check the VHF antenna and GNSS (GPS) antenna for correct installation and connection. Ensure the AIS function is activated on your MFD and that there are no network problems.
VSWR alarm: Check that the correct antenna is used and that it is not short-circuited or open. Update the software if necessary to ensure compatibility.
Avoid data conflicts: Do not connect the product to the same device with more than one network protocol simultaneously. If you are using a VHF radio with built-in AIS, ensure the AIS function is turned off on the radio.
