(NASDAQ: FLIR) today introduced Raymarine YachtSense™, an advanced digital steering system that provides total control and fullä nd awareness of a ship's electrical system. YachtSense system's modular structure redefines the future for is ship automation for boat builders and technology installers. Engineered for reliability, flexibility and ease of use, YachtSense offers scalable, customizable and fail-safe marine automation with intuitive control of onboard systems via all Raymarine Axiom® multifunction displays.
YachtSense uses unique, modular is architecture that allows boat builders to design and standardize digital control solutions, scalable across the entire model range. All YachtSense systems start with the YachtSense master module and power supply module and end with a combination of additional multi-channel signal modules. These individual modules interact with specific types of devices and systems on board – from lighting, pumps, winches, bathing platforms and entertainment to climate control, generators and other mechanical systems.
With YachtSense's customized options for Axiom's user interface enable marine equipment manufacturers and installers to create modern and elegant automation solutions for vessels. Thus for the navigator, with simple touchscreen operation from all Axiom multifunction displays, total control over all systems on board.

YachtSense, which is designed so that you can keep calm when in case of unexpected events, has three levels of electrical redundancy. The master modules have a built-in keypad for manual bypass, as well as an LCD for system diagnostics. All YachtSense modules are enclosed in robust, waterproof IPX6 enclosures and have a three-year warranty.
The system was pre-installed on; a SACS Rebel 55 in Italy. Matteo Magni, CEO of SACS SRL: ”We were very pleased to be able to install YachtSense on be better before the launch.
