MOB+ BY FELL Marine - The MOB+™ Wireless Man OverBoard system is a wireless kill switch and an innovative, ABYC-compliant, life-saving safety device for your boat. It provides greater freedom of movement than a traditional kill switch and stops the engine if you fall overboard. Up to four xFOB units can be connected to the xHUB™ at the same time, with one unit acting as the captain's stop unit and the additional three as alarm units for passengers.

MOB+ wireless kill switch

The MOB+™ wireless kill switch is a groundbreaking product in the marine safety equipment market. If a passenger falls overboard, the MOB+™ is designed to shut off the engine after a single second. Using WiMEA wireless technology, Norwegian FELL Marine has developed a product that provides greater safety and freedom on board at the same time.

How does MOB+ work?

The MOB+™ system consists of two components: an xHUB™ (the base unit) and an xFOB™ (worn by the driver and passengers). Both components communicate with each other via WiMEA. The xFOB™ can be a wristband, an attachment to a life jacket, or worn hanging around the neck.

Generation 2 of MOB+ ™ can connect up to 4 xFOBs, i.e., the boat's passengers, simultaneously. This safety equipment can be used by both people and animals, who receive their own status indication on the xHUB™ unit.
