Echopilot FLS 3D – 30° is a forward-looking sonar that provides boaters with advanced 3D visualization of the underwater environment in front of their boat. The system is based on groundbreaking single-transducer technology that allows you to see the bottom and potential obstacles in real time, even in poorly charted or completely unknown waters. By scanning at a 30-degree horizontal angle and 90 degrees vertically, a clear and intuitive 3D image is created, giving the skipper a safer and more controlled navigation experience.
With a range of up to 200 meters forward and 100 meters deep, the FLS 3D – 30° offers an impressive depth-to-range ratio of 20:1, meaning you can see far ahead even in relatively shallow water. The fast refresh rate means the image is refreshed every second, providing continuous information about the terrain below the surface and any approaching hazards.
The system is easy to integrate with external displays via HDMI or VGA and also has direct support for Raymarine Axiom displays. When connected to Axiom, the user has access to full 360-degree rotation of the 3D image, zoom function and the ability to view charts and sonar images simultaneously in a split screen. This provides a modern and flexible navigation solution that makes it easier to make safe decisions in all types of water.
