WGX-1 is an advanced WiFi gateway for NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000 with two-way conversion. It enables wireless data transfer from the NMEA 2000 network to devices such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone via Wi-Fi and seamlessly converts data between NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000 with Actisense's reliable conversion engine. The WGX-1 also functions as a wired gateway, providing the ability to transfer and convert data between existing NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000 devices. The product's Actisense-i toolkit includes network diagnostics and health checks. There is also the possibility of NMEA 2000 data logging if an SD card is inserted (SD card not included).
