YACHT DEVICES YDTC-13N, is a NMEA 2000 thermometer that can measure temperatures between -55°C to +125°C. The sensor is placed outside the casing on a flexible 95 cm cable with a stainless steel casing. It can measure temperatures in liquid or air. The cable can be extended up to 100 meters. The thermometer can be configured in NMEA 2000 to indicate temperature in air, sea, coolant, engine room and so on. The resolution is 0.01 °C with an absolute accuracy of ±0.5 °C. Up to 50 devices can be used simultaneously in a NMEA 2000 network. The device can control NMEA 2000 switch devices that support PGN 127502, which makes it possible to automatically start e.g. a fan if the temperature is too high.
YDTC-13 available in several versions:
Use a device with built-in termination (by replacing the existing termination) if you do not have a free outlet or want to place the barometer further than 6 meters from the trunk cable. ATTENTION! Only two terminators may be present in a NMEA 2000 network.
