VRM on your Smartwatch

Keep track of your Victron system anytime, anywhere!

We're excited to announce that the Victron Energy VRM app is now available on smartwatches! You can now monitor your Victron system directly from your wrist, wherever you are. With VRM on your smartwatch, it's never been easier to keep tabs on important parts of your system. Get a quick overview of charging status, solar energy, grid consumption, battery status, load levels and much more. You can even control the EV charging station – without opening your phone or tablet. Here's everything you need to know.

What you can see on your smartwatch
The VRM app offers detailed insight into your energy system through three main views:

  1. Overview


The overview view provides a quick overview of your system, where you see:

  • Mains power (W) - Keep track of your current power consumption from the mains.
  • Battery status (%) – Monitor the remaining charge percentage of the battery.
  • Solar energy (W) – See how much solar energy your panels are generating.
  • Load (W) – Check how much power your appliances are using. If there are multiple installations, a list of all installations is displayed before the Overview view opens. You can star up to five installations to prioritize them at the top of the list.
  1. Temperature Measurements


Get temperature information from different areas:

  • View temperature readings from sensors located in specific areas or devices. If there are more than four temperature readings, the additional readings are shown on the next screen.
  1. EV Charging Status


The VRM app also provides detailed information about the charging of your electric car, so you can:

  • See charging power (W), energy (kWh) and current (A).
  • If the system includes several EV charging stations, an overview page is displayed with all stations.
  • Start or stop EV charging directly from your smart watch, providing you full control without having to use another device.

Get started with VRM on your smartwatch
The VRM app is compatible with three major smartwatch platforms: Garmin, Apple and Google OS (for Samsung Galaxy , Google Pixel and other Google OS compatible devices). To start monitoring your Victron system on your smartwatch, download the VRM app from the relevant app store for your device:
