ACTISENSE NBF-3-BAS, aísla y almacena datos NMEA 0183, con la capacidad de alimentar múltiples dispositivos. El NBF-3 puede distribuir hasta seis flujos NMEA idénticos desde una fuente. La señal NMEA se almacena para asegurar que cada receptor reciba los datos con el voltaje correcto, lo que proporciona una calidad de datos adecuada. El aislamiento en las entradas y salidas protege a todos los transmisores y receptores. Gracias a esto, se puede conectar una fuente no aislada sin afectar negativamente al sistema. De lo contrario, pueden producirse bucles de tierra con resultados incorrectos. El NBF3 tiene la capacidad de suministrar energía al transmisor NMEA. Gracias a ello, la instalación se minimiza y simplifica.
