Fusion marine speakers maintain a very high standard both in terms of sound reproduction and durability against the harsh marine environment. There are models for flush mounting and for console mounting. A range of subwoofers for that little extra punch is available for flush and surface mounting. To get the most out of a speaker installation, placement is crucial. Fusion speakers are designed to be placed in most locations. For the best possible sound reproduction, they should not be placed too low and they should also be placed so that stereo sound is achieved by making both speakers audible.
The bass sound depends on the space behind the speaker; too little space minimizes the bass and too much causes it to lose punch. The best solution, if possible, is to build a box on the back of the speaker. Optimal size and volume of the box are included in the manual for each speaker.
