Extra reliable
VHG87B is very reliable and is designed to always reconnect to the mobile network or fixed network no matter what happens. It has built-in hardware and software watch dog that can cut power to both the radio module and SIM card in case of problems to ensure a trouble-free reconnection to the network in case of operational disturbances with the operator.

Handles tougher environments
Handles extra high/low temperatures (-30 to +70 degrees). In addition, it has a stable metal shell with proper heat sinks to withstand slightly tougher environments

VHG87B has dual SIM card slots to connect 2 different operators. The router can automatically switch to the other SIM card in case of operational problems with the primary operator.

Fail-over
VHG87B has built-in fail-over between WAN port and 4G modem. Either you have your DSL/fiber as the primary internet link or switch to 4G in case of operational disturbances on DSL/fiber, or you have your 4G as the primary link but can switch to, for example, a slow ADSL when 4G is not working. In addition, it has the ability to use both 4G and the WAN port simultaneously (Load Balancing) for those times when you want to maximize traffic capacity.

SMS control
