We sell products from a number of well-known Brands such as: ACR, Actisense, Amit, Airmar, Blue Sea Systems, CZone, Em-trak, Flir, Fusion, Glomex, Icom, Lectrotab, Maretron, MOB+, Navionics, Ocean Signal, Paguro Generators, Poynting, Raymarine, Shakespeare, Simarine, SmartPlug, Standard Horizon, Sunbeam Systems, Veratron, Victron Energy and Yacht Devices.

Delivery
Stocked goods ordered before 12:00 PM normally leave our warehouse the next weekday, excluding holidays. All deliveries are sent with a tracking number so that you as a customer can follow the delivery. For non-stocked goods, the planned delivery date is normally communicated within two working days. 

Digital Skipper applies free shipping (within Sweden & up to 20Kg) on orders over 1,000 SEK including VAT delivered with DHL.

Pick up at our warehouse
If you check out your order with the shipping method "Pick up at our warehouse", you will receive an email from [email protected] when your order is ready for pickup (don't forget to check your spam folder).

The warehouse is open on weekdays, excluding holidays, from 08:00-17:00, with a lunch break from 12:00-13:00.

Warranty
Warranties on goods are provided by the products' respective Manufacturers. Digital Skipper provides no additional warranties beyond the respective Manufacturer's specified warranty terms.

Returns
When purchasing goods on the website as a private individual, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the date you have received an item you ordered. The right of withdrawal does not apply when you have made the purchase as a company. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must notify us that you have changed your mind. The notification should be sent to [email protected]. Your name, address, email address, order number, and the items to which the return applies must be clearly stated in your message. You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging, with a tracking number and delivery to our warehouse (not a pick-up point). In cases where you want us to provide shipping documents for return shipping, this will be charged at 299 SEK per package, except for solar panels and batteries where the actual shipping cost will be charged.

For the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the item's original value if the product is used or damaged.
