BMSs

A BMS (battery management system) is the brain of a battery pack and is a set of electronics that monitors and manages the battery's performance. Most importantly, it keeps the battery from operating outside its safety margins. BMSs are critical to safe operation, overall performance and longevity. In addition, it protects whatever lithium battery is installed in (boat, motorhome, etc.) and the people using it.
